Every user of the platform shall have to mandatorily register on the platform in order to either list himself as a vendor or in order to make any purchases through the platform. For the purpose of this section, the User shall provide the following details on the platforms in order to fill up the registration form.

  • 3. Email Id

  • 4. Billing Address

  • 5. Shipping Address

The Vendors on the platform will be liable to provide Registration Certificate (if any), GSTIN, PAN Card details.

The Platform additionally permits Users to link their social media handles like Facebook or Google Plus accounts upon registration. All registrations on the platform are free of cost and no User shall be charged for any such registration the platform.

ELIGIBILITY

  • a) You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreements and of age and that you have the requisite authority to bind themselves to these Terms of Use following the Law. However, if you are minor using this Website, you may do so with the consent of your legal guardian. All Acts of minor shall be deemed to be considered as the acts undertaken under the supervision of their legal guardian.

  • b) You further represent that you will comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

  • c) You shall not use the Website if you are not competent to contract or are disqualified from doing so by any other applicable law, rule or regulation currently in force.
